Using state-of-the-art grinding and polishing equipment we manufacture premium stainless steel blades for single or multiple use applications. Our blade products meet the maximum requirements in regard to sharpness, precision, cutting edge geometry and surface quality. Employing progressive shape forming processes we can create different outlines and contours.
Besides blades with extreme sharpness, we produce separators with defined sharpness for gentle delamination of different layers of tissue.

Blades and knives manufactured with a single working step process. By using the new technology of Electrochemical Stamping ECS, also known as Presice Electrochemical Machining PEM, the shape and sharpness of special blades and knives can be made in a single manufacturing step.
